First, we interviewed senior managers to identify the key performance indicators vital to their success. Next, GO Partners designed “dashboard reports” that gave the client’s management team daily key metrics at a glance. In order to speed up the process of investigating the sources of “red flag” behaviors in the data, such as a troubling increase in accounts receivable or a sudden spike in inventory, GO Partners developed detailed “drill-down reports” that reviewed supporting information and metrics.
